Spa 31 is a full service day spa located in Downtown Sherman, TX.

We offer many different modalities of massage including Swedish, therapeutic, prenatal, athletic, and deep tissue at affordable prices. Cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and other techniques are used by our Board Certified Medical Massage Practitioners.

Spa 31 skin care services include anti-aging, hydrating, hyperpigmentation treatments, and treatments to address other concerns. Our Certified Acne Specialists use highly-renowned Face Reality products to effectively treat acne in all ages. Other skincare services include microdermabrasion, chemical peels, nanoneedling, and more. All services are offered by top trained, licensed estheticians, using the best products on the market, Glymed Plus, Face Reality, and Hale & Hush.

Sculpt is a division of Spa 31 that offers body contouring, including cavitation, wood therapy, vacuum therapy, RF (radio frequency), and lipolysis paddles. We also offer other post-op procedures such as manual lymphatic drainage massage.
