Michelle is the best!! Amazing experience from start to finish, and a great way to unwind and relax. Highly recommend the Diamond Crown package - the massage with Faith and head spa with Michelle were both amazing! Feels like transporting to another world for a little while. :) Will definitely be back.

EDITED: owner reached out and was very sweet to offer me a complimentary 30 minute massage and express facial. Was even more gracious to let me just do a full 60 minute massage and no facial. Much better experience. Tyleigh I believe was my therapist and was excellent.

Overall very relaxing for my Mother’s Day spa day. Unfortunately I think I was moved wrong and left with a tension headache. Plus whatever products they used in the facial is pilling on my face and I a bit of what I believe to be hair mask was left in my hair. Sucks that I feel like I need to go home and wash my hair and face.

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Selina and it was amazing! Gentle and firm. I hadn’t had a massage in over a year so I was due. Our experience with spa from start to finish was wonderful. Beautiful, calming and clean facility. Highly recommend.

I have been coming to Spa 31 for years!! I love coming here. I have been massaged by Tyleigh, Faith, and Lauren and had a facial with Michelle!! They are all amazing, knowledgeable, and provided great relief from my aching muscles. I won’t go anywhere else to get a massage or facial in the future. They have availability to get me in when I am having a flair in muscle tightness and pain.

Faith is AMAZING!! I’ve seen her twice now and she just rocks my world every time!! I love how she focuses on areas that you request, she helps guide you with booking your next massage, asks all the right questions and really tried to make you feel comfortable. Thank you for the amazing service yet again!!
