Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately, it has become way too common for clients to no-show for their appointments with us. It is extremely difficult to fill in spots last minute and while we understand emergencies happen, last minute no shows/cancellations/late arrivals make it very difficult for us to maintain our daily schedule on time. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment by 24 hours beforehand, there will be no charge. If you cancel same day, there will be a charge equal to 75% of the cost of your service(s).
If you no call/no show, there will be a charge equal to 100% of the cost of your service(s).If you arrive late, we will still charge you for the full amount of time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule and charge a fee equal 50% of the cost of your service(s) prior to booking next your appointment. This fee will be collected from you credit card, which is required to be on file at the time o booking, or your gift card, if you have one on file. If you do not have a gift card on file OR if your credit card has insufficient funds, you will receive an emailed invoice and will not be allowed to book with us until the invoice is paid in full.
