I just had a student massage with Danna, and am typing this review before leaving the parking lot. That is how impactful my experience was with her. Among the abundance of massages I've had in my life, this was undoubtedly the best massage I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Danna somehow made my one hour massage feel like three, and she worked out ten years of tension and trauma. It was truly miraculous how she knew exactly what I needed, when I did not even know what I needed. It was beyond magical, and Danna has a genuine gift. It would be incredibly wise for Spa 31 to offer Danna a full time position, and I certainly hope they do, as now that I've experienced this level of intuitive healing, I am desperate to never lose it! THANK YOU DANNA. You are indescribably incredible at your craft. My life was blessed today thanks to YOU.

Exceptional service and care! 11/10 experience! Every month I get a deep tissue massage by Tara focusing on hips and shoulder/neck pain & discomfort. ALWAYS AMAZING EXPERIENCE! She's really helped alleviate the built up of pains and aches caused by sitting at a desk all day. Today I chose to add in a customized facial targeting dullness, texture, and dryness. Michelle made me feel comfortable by taking the time to get to know my current skincare and concerns to best treat and even recommended products. I can tell that these ladies genuinely enjoy what they do and take the time to listen to my concerns. My entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful from the robe, eye mask, vibrating chair and the overall vibe of the spa. Will definitely recommend Spa 31, Michelle, and Tara to anyone needing a relaxing & detailed experience.

I’ve gotten massages and a head spa here before! Both experiences have been amazing!! The head spa especially was my favorite. Ella did amazing and I loved how before the service we got to fill out a card with our preferences! I like to have it quiet and cozy the whole time and my preference was definitely honored!! Will always choose this place for my spa needs!!

I had a 90-minute therapeutic massage with Selina Ramirez, and I honestly really enjoyed it. I’m pretty picky when it comes to massages, especially when it comes to pressure, but Selina got it exactly right. She used firm to medium pressure and knew when to really work an area that needed it and when not to push too much. It was perfect.

I went in with very tight, knotted shoulders and some questions about why I was having so much pain and tension in certain areas. Selina listened to my concerns and was able to explain what she was feeling and why she thought the tightness was coming from certain areas. I really appreciated that because it made me feel like she wasn’t just going through the motions, but actually paying attention to what my body was telling her.

She also checked in with me when she was working on the more stubborn areas to make sure the pressure wasn't too much. I expected to be pretty sore afterward because my shoulders were so tight, but they actually felt really good when I left, with no noticeable pain.

The whole experience was relaxing and comfortable. I almost dozed off, and honestly, I never relax that much during a massage! 😂 I would definitely book another massage with Selina and would absolutely recommend giving her a try.

Michelle is the best!! Amazing experience from start to finish, and a great way to unwind and relax. Highly recommend the Diamond Crown package - the massage with Faith and head spa with Michelle were both amazing! Feels like transporting to another world for a little while. :) Will definitely be back.
