So, we are not professional cooks, at Spa 31, but we do have families we feed each day, so we feel, somewhat, qualified to give some suggestions, when it comes to meal time. Also, it is our belief that it is within our responsibility to offer more than just massage and skincare services to you, in order to help you further pursue your wellness and beauty.

Regular professional massage can help your body feel great! Getting a professional facial, regularly, will make you look beautiful! However, if you aren’t taking care of yourself, at home, you will be in a constant cycle of pain/bad skin, followed by relief with professional treatment. Providing you with at-home tips and routines to help you stay healthy, fit, and stress free is something we feel goes hand-in-hand with regular in-spa treatments.

By providing you with some meal prep ideas, we hope to lower your stress level, by giving you more time to rest and relax. More rest and relaxation will, in turn, lower the stress levels in your life which will also aid in improving muscle tension, skin appearance, and overall health.

Our recipes won’t always fit the same theme, as we hope to inspire more than just one set of people. We will, however, do our best to use real food and keep our recipe and meal plan ideas simple.
